1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Edkool you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Edkool. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@edkool.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to cheat, automate, or manipulate assessments or XP systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform content
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
  • Use Edkool for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

All course content, design, trademarks, and software on Edkool are owned by us or our licensors. You may access content for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User-generated content

If you submit content (e.g. forum posts, feedback) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and improve that content in connection with the platform. You remain the owner of what you create.

7. Free tier & premium features

Core learning features are free. We may introduce paid features in the future with at least 30 days' notice. Existing free features will not be retroactively paywalled without explicit communication.

8. Disclaimers

Edkool is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, or the suitability of content for any particular purpose. XP, ranks, and skills are platform-specific and carry no formal academic accreditation unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edkool and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your access to content will cease and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Edkool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
